Job Description
This role plays a crucial part in delivering outstanding customer service and achieving sales growth through effective communication and problem-solving skills. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their queries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work well under pressure, and possess a strong attention to detail. Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year (based on location and experience)

Required Skills and Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job
* Physical ability to perform repetitive hand and arm motions, stand for long periods, and lift products weighing up to 15 lbs.
