Position Overview

The Client Engagement Associate plays a crucial role in fostering and maintaining client relationships within IMA Private Wealth. This position involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage ongoing client relationships with guidance, addressing client requests and inquiries while keeping essential client information current.
  • Adopt a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to enhance client interactions.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients by gathering necessary data and providing training on digital platforms.
  • Promote client retention through regular outreach and diligent follow-up documentation.
  • Collaborate with the investment team and Wealth Management Advisors to deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Perform administrative tasks that support the Wealth Management Advisor, including answering calls, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Engage in training and educational opportunities to remain informed about policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Willingness to obtain FINRA Series 65 certification.
  • Experience with high-net-worth individuals and families is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite is required.
  • Demonstrates and supports IMA's core values.
