Job Overview

We are currently in search of a Card Specialist to become a vital part of our Client Relations team. In this role, you will engage in administrative assistance, technical support, and professional tasks integral to our core banking operations. Your responsibilities will encompass customer service, addressing client inquiries, managing electronic communications, and providing consultative sales support.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical assistance for clients on intricate card-related issues
  • Handle client card disputes and requests
  • Oversee, process, and finalize transactions and necessary documentation as per client requests
  • Monitor digital communications across various channels

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory
  • A minimum of 2 years in customer service is required
  • Successful completion of a credit check is necessary
  • 1+ years of banking experience is preferred
  • Prior sales experience is advantageous
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
  • Familiarity with large server-based applications and Microsoft Office is preferred

Work Schedule:

40 hours – flexible shifts available

Monday – Friday: 7:30 AM – 8:05 PM (shifts may vary)

Saturday: 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM (Rotating)
