Assembler Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Assembler to join our team at TAD PGS, Inc. in Newington, NH. As an Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling, disassembling, and inspecting various firearms for quality testing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and disassemble firearms, including piece part preparation, slide assembly, and frame assembly.
  • Perform final assembly, inspection, and quality control checks to ensure high-quality products.
  • Work in a team environment to meet production deadlines and maintain a safe and organized workspace.
  • Participate in 5S workplace organizational activities and maintain your working area in good working order.
  • May be required to work in other functional areas and/or facilities depending on business needs.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
  • Ability to read and understand directions, work instructions, and basic blueprints.
  • Ability to demonstrate a continued desire to learn and interpret information clearly and accurately.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and share information, respect, and assist other team members.
