Senior Life Enrichment Specialist

This Senior Life Enrichment Specialist position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of seniors. Working in a dynamic and supportive team environment, you will help create a vibrant community where residents can engage in cultural, spiritual, emotional, environmental, intellectual, physical, social, and civic activities. This role requires a strong passion for working with older adults, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think creatively.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement a variety of activities, including games, arts, crafts, music, and outdoor events, to promote resident engagement and well-being.
- Collaborate with the supervisor to plan and coordinate special events, such as birthday parties, holiday celebrations, and theme days.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, family members, and visitors, responding promptly to requests and concerns.
- Coordinate logistics, including transportation, food, and supplies, for activities and events.
- Work collaboratively with volunteers, staff, and contractors to achieve program goals and objectives.
- High school diploma or GED required; degree in a related field preferred.
- At least two years of experience working with seniors or in a related field.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse personalities and age groups.
$50,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience.
