Epic Travel Staffing is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team for a home health role. As a Mobile Healthcare Specialist, you will work Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional physical therapy services to patients in their homes, promoting independence and enhancing overall well-being.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify areas for improvement, and implement targeted interventions to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain accurate records of patient data.
Requirements:
  • Successful completion of a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program from an accredited institution.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Home Health Physical Therapy, with a strong understanding of geriatric care and rehabilitation techniques.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and EMR proficiency in systems like HCHB or Pointcare.
  • Familiarity with the PT Compact Privilege and ability to obtain necessary licenses and certifications for assignments across multiple states.
