Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Therapist to join our team at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care LLC. As a Pediatric Therapist, you will work with medically fragile children in their homes, providing high-quality clinical care and helping them reach their full potential.

Responsibilities
  • Provide physical therapy services to pediatric patients in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care
Requirements
  • Unencumbered license to practice as a Physical Therapist
  • Current CPR certification
  • Experience working with pediatric patients, preferably in a home health setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
