Senior Sales Director

The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets for the Sheraton Milwaukee Brookfield hotel. This role involves effectively soliciting and securing new business opportunities, working closely with the Director of Sales to achieve revenue and market share goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Conduct sales calls, tours, and presentations to secure new business opportunities
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide training and support as needed
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the hotel's operations, policies, and services
- Represent the hotel at local industry events and conferences
- Assist in implementing and participating in special promotions and sales initiatives
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 2 years of previous hotel sales experience
- Valid driver's license for the applicable state
- Developed verbal and written communication skills to negotiate, convince, sell, and influence other managerial personnel, hotel guests, and/or corporate clients
- Experience with professional selling skills, including opening, probing, supporting, and closing
- Proficient in general computer knowledge, especially Microsoft Office products
- Ability to work independently and simultaneously manage multiple tasks, with strong organization and presentation skills
