Job Overview

Chelsoft Solutions Co is seeking a highly skilled GCP Cloud Lead to join our team in Madison, Wisconsin. As a key member of our cloud computing team, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and management of Google Cloud Platform services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and management of GCP services, including BigQuery, CloudRun, Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub, Cloud Composer, Containers, Workflows, and IAM.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud-native solutions and architecture.
  • Develop and maintain strong knowledge of cloud computing technologies, including Python, SQL, Terraform, CI/CD, Git flows, Attunity, AutoSys, Airflow Dag creation, execution, and monitoring.
  • Provide expert-level support for production environments, including debugging and performance tuning.
  • Effective communication and collaboration with global teams, including clear documentation practices and the ability to convey technical details to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • At least 12+ years of experience with Information Technology.
  • 5+ years of experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Python, SQL, Terraform, CI/CD, Git flows, Attunity, AutoSys, Airflow Dag creation, execution, and monitoring.
  • Strong knowledge on production support, debugging, and performance tuning.
  • Effective communication skills for collaborating with global teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Insurance domain.
  • Good understanding of data integration, data quality, and data architecture.
  • Experience in Relational Modeling, Dimensional Modeling, and Modeling of Unstructured Data.
  • Good understanding of Agile software development frameworks.
  • Ability to work in teams in a diverse, multi-stakeholder environment.
