- Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for patients.
- Provide supervision and guidance to junior staff members, promoting professional growth and development.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, managers, and external partners to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Master's degree in Social or Behavioral Science is required.
- Professional licensure is essential, with eligibility for ALC, LPC, LMSW, LICSW, or LMFT licensure within 90 days of hire.
- Two years of hands-on experience in addictions treatment is preferred.
- LAADC 2 certification is an asset.
- Previous experience working with special populations, such as adults or adolescents, is an advantage.
- CPR certification is mandatory.
- Strong record-keeping and communication skills are essential.
