Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Team Rehabilitation Services, LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our clinic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations: Greet patients in a friendly and professional manner, verify appointments, and assist with completing necessary paperwork.
  • Communication and Scheduling: Ensure seamless communication with patients, physicians, and staff members, including scheduling appointments and coordinating with physical therapists and other staff members as needed.
  • Insurance and Billing: Assist patients with insurance-related questions, verify and explain insurance benefits, and obtain and track authorizations.
  • Record Keeping and Data Entry: Accurately update and maintain electronic medical and billing records, including billing changes and follow-up tasks.
  • Financial Transactions: Collect copayments, process payments, and issue receipts in a timely and professional manner.
  • Performance Support: Assist with preparing management information, inputting data from in-house research, and maintaining clinic supplies and equipment.
Requirements
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Experience: Experience in a patient-centered healthcare position is an advantage, but not necessary. Experience in customer-facing roles is also beneficial.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, solid basic computer skills, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
