Job Title: Radiologic Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at Disability Solutions.

Job Summary

The Radiologic Technologist will be responsible for providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services to patients, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment and techniques. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of radiologic principles, anatomy, and pathology, as well as excellent communication and patient care skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate radiological equipment, including fluoroscopy, trauma, and emergency department equipment, to produce high-quality images for interpretation.
  • Administer IV contrast under American College of Radiology guidelines and maintain accurate records.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to obtain clinical history and informed consent.
  • Assist in teaching radiography students sound radiography principles and techniques.
  • Recognize and respond to clinical and emergent problems that may interfere with exams.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited radiology school or program.
  • American Registered Radiologic Technologists within 12 months of hire.
  • Licensed Radiologic Technologist upon start.
  • One year of combined classroom and clinical training in radiology.
  • Basic Life Support Certification.
