Job Summary

Inova Health System is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer patient care according to radiology practice standards and hospital policies.
  • Act as a resource to radiography students and other technologists to ensure optimal department functions.
  • Provide radiation protection and safety for patients, staff, and self.
  • Maintain equipment, exam rooms, and work areas in a neat and safe condition.
  • Complete ancillary tasks to ensure efficient and consistent departmental operations.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited radiology school or program.
  • American Registered Radiologic Technologists within 12 months of hire.
  • Licensed Radiologic Technologist Upon Start.
  • One year of combined classroom and clinical training in radiology.
  • Recent experience in a hospital/healthcare environment as a Radiologic Technologist or student.
  • Basic Life Support Certification.
