Job Summary:

As a Human Resources Coordinator at Volt, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR team with various tasks, including maintaining employee records, tracking data, and scheduling activities. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including tracking and extracting data as needed.
  • Assist in routine staffing activities, such as screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and tracking relevant data.
  • Coordinate training classes, invitations, and reporting of training hours and required courses.
  • Provide support to employees with daily issues, such as answering general questions and helping with forms and processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality and prepare management reports as needed.
  • Utilize HR tools, such as SAP and Business Objects, to view and extract data for requests.


Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Previous experience as a junior or entry-level recruiter.
  • Experience with Eightfold is helpful but not required.


Work Environment:

Volt is a remote work environment, and this role will require working independently with minimal supervision. The pay rate for this position is $18-$20 per hour, and the duration is 12+ months. Qualified candidates should apply now for immediate consideration.
