Department Insight: The Performance & Incentive (P&I) division is integral to our operations, focusing on compensation strategies, benefits administration, performance evaluation, and long-term incentive frameworks. This team collaborates extensively across various sectors within and beyond the HR function.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the establishment and communication of long-term incentive policies and programs across the AMS region;
  2. Engage in the formulation and assessment of long-term incentive plans and policies to maintain market competitiveness and ensure compliance with legal standards;
  3. Collaborate with the Performance & Incentives team to design comprehensive total rewards packages for employees in the AMS region;
  4. Execute additional duties related to long-term incentives as required.
Required Qualifications:
  1. Proven experience in the design and administration of long-term incentive programs, preferably within a corporate environment;
  2. In-depth understanding of long-term incentive frameworks, market dynamics, and pertinent tax and compliance regulations;
  3. Strong communication skills and adeptness in stakeholder management;
  4. Capability to thrive in a dynamic setting, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a detail-oriented approach.

Compensation Information

The salary range for this role is between $120,000 and $240,000 annually, with potential variations based on various factors.
