Job Description

The Arc Gloucester is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our team.

This is a unique opportunity to combine your professional experience with your passion to help individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit and assess programs' performance and compliance to ensure the establishment and continuity of standards of operations that meet or exceed those established by The Arc Gloucester.
  • Investigate allegations of abuse, neglect, exploitation, Danielle's law violations, medication errors, etc.
  • Conduct and attend regular meetings with program management to share financial findings on the program and individual level.
  • Maintain an accurate paper and electronic filing system for audits conducted.
  • Communicate program performance and compliance through documented reporting to the respective Residential Manager, Director, and/or Administrator.

Requirements:

  • Some college with a bachelor's degree preferred, and must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Experience with supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, 5+ years of experience is preferred.
  • Knowledgeable of DHS Licensing Standards for Community Residences.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
