Job Summary

As a PCMA, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with phone calls and taking messages as needed
  • Monitoring the status of incoming faxes and reporting information to appropriate personnel
  • Coordinating communication and faxes with physician offices
  • Monitoring patient status in the hospital and ensuring adequate care coordination
  • Assisting the Patient Care Manager with software system reports and care coordination
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current LVN licensure in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification
  • Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle
