About the PositionThe ideal candidate will have:

- Knowledge of vehicle features, options, and pricing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Selling new and used vehicles, focusing on customer needs and preferences.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
- Staying up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and product knowledge to make informed decisions.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
We provide a dynamic work environment, competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, plus commission incentives. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
