We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Professional to join our team at Madewell in Downtown Greenville. As a key member of our sales floor, you will play a critical role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service.
About the Role:- Drive sales by exceeding selling and service expectations
- Help welcome customers into the Madewell community and create genuine connections with them
- Become an expert on all things denim and help customers express their authentic selves through fashion
- Complete comprehensive training program to develop product knowledge and skills
- Participate in fit sessions and utilize tools to enhance customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on new products, trends, and styles to provide informed recommendations to customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Prior retail or sales experience preferred but not required
- A competitive salary of $15.50 per hour

- A dynamic and supportive work environment
Estimated salary range for this role is approximately $32,000 - $40,000 per year, based on 40 hours per week and 52 weeks per year.
