Position Overview

ANALYGENCE Inc is currently seeking a dedicated Project Control Analyst. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who is self-motivated and eager to contribute to a dynamic team that fosters personal and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will provide critical support to the HQ ACC Flight Operations Division (A3T) in enhancing combat readiness and training for the Combat Air Forces. Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering technical expertise and guidance to formulate and oversee policies related to flight operations, aircrew training, mission execution, and formal training initiatives.
  • Assisting in the projection and management of annual adversary training resources, budgets, and requirements for all 26 squadrons of the USAFWS.
  • Maintaining comprehensive awareness and effectively tracking funding to ensure optimal availability and alignment of resources with operational and training needs.
  • Coordinating with relevant staff offices to develop necessary planning and programming documentation.
Travel Requirements

Occasional travel may be necessary for this position.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Secret clearance.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience at the MAJCOM level or higher in Air Force program management.
  • At least 5 years of experience with USAFWS programs.
  • 5 years of experience utilizing the Manpower MPA Man-Day Management System (M4S).
  • 5 years of experience in fiscal planning and forecasting for POM, FYDP, and joint Strategic Planning systems.
  • 5 years of experience with DEAMS and managing multiple funding sources.
