Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily operations within the customer service division, addressing client inquiries, resolving challenges, and ensuring efficient order management.
- Formulate and execute strategies aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention, leveraging your leadership acumen to surpass performance targets.
- Act as the primary contact for escalated customer issues, showcasing your problem-solving abilities and dedication to exceptional service delivery.
- Work closely with various departments, including sales, marketing, and production, to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and support business growth.

Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with clients and stakeholders at all levels.

- Familiarity with the printing and promotional products sector is advantageous.
