Overview

The Training Coordinator plays a vital role within the Competency and Training Department, ensuring that staff adhere to both organizational and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage all onboarding and course training documentation, ensuring proper filing in designated storage systems.
  • Support the Training Manager in organizing, digitizing, and archiving completed training materials on various platforms for compliance and reporting purposes.
  • Prepare and organize personal protective equipment (PPE) for new hires prior to training sessions, including hard hats, rain gear, coveralls, and gloves.
  • Assist in the procurement and distribution of PPE during the onboarding process, covering items such as uniforms and prescription eyewear.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels of training resources and assessor guides at the training facility, sourcing additional materials as necessary.
  • Collaborate with training staff to complete site-specific orientations required by clients for field personnel, generating and distributing weekly reports on operator orientations.
  • Utilize the DWS Salesforce system to generate reports on upcoming training expirations for relevant employees.
  • Assist the Training Manager in assigning learning modules for the Training, Safety, and Operations teams, and produce completion reports as needed.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Training Manager.

  • Work Schedule: Flexible hours to accommodate industry demands, which may include long and irregular hours.
