Our client is a cloud-based software platform and patient engagement technology that automates the collection of patient-reported outcomes. They offer procedure-specific education modules to help prepare patients for treatments and proactively monitor their recovery.
The Role:
The Product Marketing Manager will be a critical link between our client's marketing, sales, product, and customer success teams. They will be a pivotal contributor to the brand and product messaging, helping to develop our client's voice continually. The right candidate will be a highly professional, highly analytical, highly driven self-starter excited about B2B marketing, with a background in marketing, product management, communications, sales enablement, customer/account management, and content development.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the product team and cross-functionally on go-to-market strategy, responsible for downstream marketing elements, including the packaging and positioning of client solutions.
- Lead product messaging and positioning, crafting the overall story with product management that is both relevant, compelling, and differentiating in the market.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to execute go-to-market and growth campaigns to lift brand awareness and drive demand generation.
- Create and maintain thoughtful buyer and user personas through market research, leveraging them to create resonant marketing and sales enablement.
- Create compelling stories through PowerPoint presentations, speaking proposals, customer interviews, and collateral.
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify critical differentiators and new opportunities, maintaining up-to-date competitive information for commercial teams.
- Develop and maintain product education and training.
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of Product Marketing experience in B2B healthcare or health technology.
- Experience in product branding, messaging, positioning, targeting, and product launches.
- Experience in building go-to-market strategy & outbound marketing.
- Experience marketing SaaS or other subscription-based products.
- A track record of working well with marketing, product management, and sales teams to build cohesive end-to-end go-to-market strategies and campaign plans.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Successfully collaborating with cross-functional teams.
