Job Summary

The Administrative Specialist III is a key member of the Arkansas State University team, responsible for coordinating office activities and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate office activities, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Research and prepare special reports, presentations, and other materials as needed
  • Develop, revise, and recommend administrative policies and procedures
  • Provide administrative support to supervisors and other staff members
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
