Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Clerk to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our payroll and benefits team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Processing payroll documentation and ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws
  • Assisting with human resource functions, including preparing and reviewing reports and documents
  • Providing administrative support, including data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments
  • Assisting with new hire and transfer orientation, as well as terminations and transfers
  • Supporting the hiring process, including scheduling interviews and drug screens

Requirements:

  • 6 months experience in clerical related responsibilities, including data entry and computer applications
  • 1 year's experience in human resource activities, including payroll, benefits, and workers compensation
  • 1 year's experience in computer applications, including email, spreadsheets, and word processing
