Human Resource Clerk

As a Human Resource Clerk, you will provide administrative support to the Human Resources team, ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions. Your primary responsibilities will include processing payroll documentation, assisting with human resource functions, and providing clerical support to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll documentation, including researching, verifying, and filing daily time reports, time and pay adjustments, and payroll edits.
- Assist with human resource functions, including preparing, reviewing, analyzing, and processing reports, documents, and logs to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
- Provide clerical support to the Human Resources team, including performing general clerical duties, such as filing, keying, faxing, and answering phones.
- Enter data in multiple systems, schedule appointments, and maintain logs.
- Prepare, review, and analyze reports and other paperwork, and process human resources reports and documents.
Requirements:
- 6 months experience in Walmart Logistics clerical related responsibilities, or 1 year's experience in clerical related responsibilities using computer applications, or 1 year's coursework in Human Resource related field and 1 year's experience in computer applications, or 1 year's experience in human resource activities and 1 year's experience in computer applications.
