About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to join our team. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for conducting extensive technology requirements gathering, identifying optimal candidates, and deploying technical consultants onto projects. You will also draft, revise, and submit proposals of candidates to our clients, and coordinate between candidates and clients throughout the interviewing process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct technology requirements gathering and identify optimal candidates for client projects
  • Interview, negotiate with, and deploy technical consultants onto projects
  • Draft and submit proposals of candidates to clients

Requirements
  • 1-5 years of professional recruiting experience in an agency setting
  • Ability to work a minimum of 50 hours per week
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel
