About the Job

MU Health Care is seeking a dedicated and passionate Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team at the Children's Therapy Center. As an Occupational Therapist, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in patients' lives through goal-oriented and activity-driven evaluations and treatments.

Responsibilities

Administer treatment that requires the advanced skills of a licensed clinician, including splint fabrication, casting, and compression garment measurement/fitting. Perform comprehensive patient evaluations in a timely manner and correlate data from the assessment to determine an individualized occupational therapy plan of care directed toward goals based on a developmentally appropriate approach. May complete unit/department specific duties and expectations as outlined in department documents.

Requirements

Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure by the Missouri Board of Occupational Therapy. OT Limited permit holders must be a graduate of an OT program. Additional license/certification requirements as determined by the hiring department.
