Join Our Team as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated occupational therapist to join our team at Young & Well. As a pediatric occupational therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with children in a variety of settings, including schools, clinics, and community-based programs.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a licensed and board-certified occupational therapist with experience in evaluation and treatment of children. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with children, families, and school staff.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of children to identify their occupational therapy needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the needs of children
  • Provide occupational therapy services in a variety of settings, including schools, clinics, and community-based programs
  • Collaborate with children, families, and school staff to ensure that the child's needs are met
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Master's degree in occupational therapy
  • Current licensure and board certification in occupational therapy
  • Experience working with children in a variety of settings
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
