- A minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical education (Required).
- A minimum of 3 years of pediatric nursing experience in an acute care setting (Required).
- Current licensure as required by state regulations (Required).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (Required).
- Specialty certification recognized by the American Nurse Credentialing Center (Required).
- Certification as a Nursing Professional Development Practitioner (highly preferred).
