Pediatric ICU Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric ICU Nurse to join our team at Medical City Dallas. As a PICU Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our pediatric intensive care unit.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and provide direct patient care
- Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to optimize outcomes and maximize available resources
- Supervise non-licensed nursing staff within the RN scope of practice and in accordance with established policies
- Incorporate teaching into all aspects of nursing practice
- ADN is required/BSN is preferred and required within 2 years of hire
- Texas State RN license or compact license is accepted
- Basic Life Support (BLS) issued by either the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Must have one (1) year recent PICU RN experience in an acute care hospital
