About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Resident Services Director to join our team at Maplewood Mayflower Place ALF LLC. As a key member of our senior living community, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Nursing Services: Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents, including resident teaching, wellness counseling, health promotion, disease prevention, and provision of care and services to residents with chronic and stable conditions.
  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Stay aware and knowledgeable of federal and state laws and regulations regarding assisted living/memory care and ensure compliance with all such regulations.
  • Coordinate Care and Services: Facilitate the overall coordination and management of care and services for residents, including move-in process, assessment and service plan, staff training, education, and supervision, and quality assurance.
  • Manage Staff and Budget: Responsible for monthly Resident Care Service staffing schedule, available after-hours on-call related to Resident Care, and meeting monthly budget targets.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Must be a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse with a valid Ohio license, experience and passion in working with seniors, and ability to perform tasks that may be physically demanding.
  • Skills and Qualities: Ability to maintain positive working relationships with residents, their families, peers, and other staff members, and in good physical and emotional health and free of communicable diseases.
