$120,000 - $150,000 per year
About the Role- Calendar and Email Management: Serve as the gatekeeper for the CFO/COO's calendar and email, prioritizing and organizing schedules to maximize efficiency while ensuring critical matters are addressed promptly.
- Information Filtering: Review and synthesize communications and requests, identifying key information and actions needed for the CFO/COO. Provide concise summaries and recommend prioritization.
- Meeting Coordination: Arrange and coordinate meetings, events, and travel plans, ensuring all logistics are meticulously planned and executed. Prepare agendas, compile briefing materials, and ensure follow-up on key action items.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing financial support as needed, including but not limited to preparing reports, analyzing data, creating financial models, reconciling accounts, and assisting with budget tracking.
- Utilizing advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, data visualization, and macros, to support financial analysis and reporting requirements.
- Conducting high-level research to support decision-making processes. Gather data and insights on business initiatives, industry trends, or organizational matters, presenting findings in a clear and actionable format.
