Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Dental Assistant to join our team at Dentists of Auburn. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our clinicians in delivering high-quality dental treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clinicians in preparing patients for oral examinations and supporting various dental procedures
Ensure an exceptional patient experience by addressing individual needs and maintaining a clean, sterile, and welcoming environment
Sterilize and disinfect instruments, clean operatories, and manage dental supplies to support efficient patient care
Conduct radiographs and intra-oral pictures as directed by clinicians, and prepare tray setups for procedures
Maintain clear and effective communication with front and back office teams to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED, with state-mandated certification or licensure
Certifications/licenses/registrations as mandated by applicable state
Associate degree or one-year certificate from an accredited college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
