Position Overview
As an integral part of our healthcare team, you will assist the Registered Nurse in executing the care plan for a designated group of patients while performing essential technical duties to ensure high-quality patient care. You will exemplify the values of our organization through your actions and interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to nursing assessments by gathering, documenting, and communicating both objective and subjective information.
  • Deliver direct patient care with a focus on safety and quality.
  • Continuously evaluate and adjust the care plan as necessary.
  • Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Engage in initiatives aimed at enhancing healthcare delivery in your assigned area.
Education and Training Requirements
  • Technical Degree or Diploma in Nursing - LPN
Experience Requirements
  • No prior work experience is required.
Licenses and Certifications
  • BASIC LIFE SUPPORT certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Licensed Practical Nurse credentials in Arkansas, Mississippi, and Tennessee from their respective state boards of nursing.
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • This position does not include supervisory or leadership duties.
Physical Requirements
  • Physical activities may include climbing, pushing, standing, hearing, walking, reaching, grasping, kneeling, stooping, and repetitive motions.
  • Good balance and coordination are essential.
  • Medium work is required, involving exerting up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally and/or up to 25 lbs. of force frequently.
  • Close visual acuity is necessary for assessing patients, preparing and analyzing data, and extensive reading.
  • Frequent contact with patients, including exposure to body fluids and hazardous materials.
  • Ability to respond swiftly to emergency situations.

Education:
