Post-Acute Medical Director Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Board-Certified Physician to serve as our part-time Medical Director in a skilled nursing facility. As a key member of our team, you will provide medical staff oversight services and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Salary and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000, depending on experience. Benefits include flexible scheduling, highly competitive compensation, professional clinical and administrative support from an experienced team of healthcare specialists, in-house billing and credentialing, and no after-hours or weekend call.
ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities as Medical Director will include:
- Managing new admissions and providing medical staff oversight services
- Attending Quality meetings and ensuring exceptional patient care
- Overseeing and supporting in-servicing of staff
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school
- A CMD Certificate (preferred)
- Board Certification in Internal or Family Medicine
- An active Maryland Medical license and DEA license in good standing
- Proficiency with EMR systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
