BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team in Kaneohe, Hawaii. As a Physical Therapist with BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

About the Role

We are looking for a Physical Therapist who is passionate about delivering high-quality care to clients in their homes. As a member of our team, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients. Your expertise and compassion will enable our clients to receive the medical care they need to remain at home.

Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic tests and measurements to assess client needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote client independence and well-being
  • Provide manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and other interventions to improve client mobility and function
  • Continuously assess and revise care plans to ensure optimal client outcomes
  • Educate and instruct clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities necessary for independent living

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A current Physical Therapist license in HI state
  • A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association
