As a Patient Service Representative at Flowers Hospital, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth registration process for patients receiving services from our facility. Your primary responsibility will be to gather and enter patient information, obtain signatures, and collect applicable patient liability on accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and enter patient information into our registration system
- Obtain signatures from patients and their representatives
- Collect and process patient liability payments
- Manage high volumes of work within strict deadlines
- Perform duties with minimal supervision
Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- Formalized computer training and college coursework preferred
- At least 12 months prior registration or customer service experience preferred
