Employee Relations Specialist

As a Human Resources Generalist, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting in managing the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interviewing candidates;
- Administering employee benefits programs and ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations;
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures;
- Providing guidance and support to employees on HR-related issues;
- Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information;
- Conducting new employee orientations and onboarding activities;
- Maintaining and updating employee handbook as needed;
- Assisting in the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions;
- Coordinating employee training and development programs;
- Staying up to date with HR trends and best practices.
