About the Job

This role involves providing strategic support to the Administration Team by handling all aspects of HR operations, including talent acquisition, benefits administration, policy development, and employee onboarding. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, ability to maintain confidentiality, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition: Assist in managing the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations
  • HR Policy Development: Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Employee Onboarding: Conduct new employee orientations and onboarding activities
  • Training and Development: Coordinate employee training and development programs
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or 2+ years of experience in HR operations
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures, excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (ADP)
