Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Ascension Borgess Hospital in Kalamazoo, MI. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide professional nursing care to patients in a variety of settings, including medical-surgical units, intensive care units, and emergency departments.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure that patient needs are met and that care is delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Michigan.
- Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher.
- At least one year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital setting.
