Job Summary

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at The Laurels of Coldwater. As a RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to our guests, working collaboratively with our experienced team to ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the care provided by our team members, ensuring the highest standards of care and safety for our guests.
  • Assess the health needs of our guests, develop and implement individualized care plans, and provide education and support to guests and their families.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote best practices in nursing care.
Qualifications
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state
  • 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting preferred
  • CPR certification
