About the Role

The Executive Home Care Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall management of our home care office, ensuring it operates efficiently, effectively, and in compliance with regulations. This role involves managing client-caregiver matching, daily scheduling, administrative functions, payroll, billing, and client invoicing.

This position also entails leading recruitment, onboarding, and office culture development, as well as monitoring client satisfaction and driving process improvements. Strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset are essential for success in this role.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $22-$26/hour, including overtime pay, plus a bonus. If you have 2+ years of home care operations experience, technological proficiency, and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
