About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse I, II, III, IV to join our Home Health Agency team. As a nurse on this team, you will provide direct patient care, collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans, and participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and safety. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. In exchange for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary ranging from $83,000 to $120,000 per year, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing routine procedures, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and promote patient satisfaction
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and safety
Qualifications
- BSN or MSN degree from an accredited institution
- 5+ years of related experience in pediatric nursing
- Active Ohio RN license; may require additional state licensure
- Certification in pediatrics or critical care (optional)
