Job Summary

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist at The Villas at Sunny Acres, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population of patients and provide individualized care to help them achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to identify physical functioning disorders and develop appropriate plans of care
  • Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients
  • Administer various procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan, including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and wound care
  • Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers
  • Develop and implement comprehensive discharge plans
Qualifications
  • Licensed Physical Therapist
  • Ability to work with a diverse population of patients
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
