About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in selecting the perfect vehicle by understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Provide timely follow-up and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and options to prospects, and describe all available equipment.
  • Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring they understand the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork.
  • Stay up-to-date on incoming inventory, features, and accessories to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Introduce customers to our service department personnel to emphasize the quality and efficiency of our service repairs and maintenance.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales experience required.
  • Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment.
  • Prior proven customer-service or retail sales experience.
  • 18+ years of age or older to comply with our company driving policy.
