Job Summary

As a Sprinkler Service Technician at Johnson Controls, you will be responsible for receiving service calls and performing repairs on sprinkler systems for commercial, industrial, and residential applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive service calls from the Service Resource Center, including a brief description of equipment/system malfunctions
  • Perform service and repairs on sprinkler systems, including wet, dry, pre-action, deluge, and fire pumps
  • Follow prescribed troubleshooting procedures and refer to technical manuals and part manuals
Requirements

Must have a strong understanding of sprinkler system maintenance and repair procedures. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
