About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita Skilled Nursing Dialysis Services. As a Dialysis Nurse, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD) in a skilled nursing facility setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality dialysis care to patients, ensuring their treatment stays on track and meets their individual needs.
  • Collaborate with skilled nursing facility staff to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions.
  • Provide education to patients and their families on dialysis treatment and self-care techniques.
  • Supervise dialysis technicians and ensure they are delivering optimal care.
  • Meet and exceed clinical outcomes, multitasking to meet the needs of the service, patients, and SNF partners.
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • Minimum of 12 months' of RN experience, with previous experience in chronic hemodialysis, acute dialysis, and/or peritoneal dialysis (PD) nursing.
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N) or three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.
