We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita Skilled Nursing Dialysis Services. As a Dialysis Nurse, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care in an independent setting, assessing, diagnosing, and implementing complete care plans for patients undergoing dialysis treatment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including supervising Dialysis Technicians and delivering optimal dialysis care
  • Assess, diagnose, and implement complete care plans for patients undergoing dialysis treatment
  • Collaborate with SNF staff to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions
  • Participate in training and education programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
  • At least 12 months of nursing experience, with previous experience in dialysis, acute dialysis, and/or peritoneal dialysis
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook
  • Training/Teaching/Healthcare Education background a plus
