About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita Skilled Nursing Dialysis Services. As a Dialysis Nurse, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD) in a skilled nursing facility setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering dialysis treatments, monitoring patient vital signs, and responding to emergencies
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
  • Conduct patient education and counseling on dialysis treatment options, medication management, and lifestyle modifications
  • Supervise and train dialysis technicians to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
  • Minimum of 12 months of RN experience, with at least 6 months of experience in dialysis nursing
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook
